We are client centered.
We have a broad array of clients, each with a unique story.
Our goal is to understand our clients and to help translate their health impairments and functional limitations into Social Security disability language. We select our cases based on our belief that the law supports a claim for disability and our understanding that the claimant is not able to work consistently on a full-time basis. We meet all potential clients in person at the outset, later for hearing preparation, and at other times as needed. We expect our clients to be involved in their cases to the extent they are able and to regularly stay in contact with us. We encourage them to be their own best advocates in order to establish that they are disabled. Our role is to help guide them through this process.
“I am sure there is no such thing as an easy disability case, but I am certain mine was not. Judith and Billie are extremely hard workers, and they leave no stone unturned. Billie was very honest with me as she walked me through the process, which helped me to stay patient. In the end, the judge thanked Billie for going out of her way to make the disability hearing as easy as possible for everyone involved. A judge thanking the attorney is all the evidence anyone would need to know that they picked the right person to represent them. And I did.”

“As a mental health professional, I really appreciate the work Judith and Billie so diligently commit themselves to on behalf of consumers struggling with severe and persistent mental illness. I'm also impressed by their professionalism and respect they have for their clients. They will go far and beyond what I've seen other disability law firms do and that speaks volumes.”

“They are extremely competent at disability cases, as well as very honest and caring towards clients. They are true advocates within the system. Besides all of this, they have also come to our agency to hold educational sessions for our staff.”
